Full Job Description
- Promote and sell chocolate products to retailers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers regularly.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer samples to boost sales.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability at stores.
- Gather customer feedback and report market trends to management.
- Negotiate pricing and promotional offers with clients.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute in-store promotions and events.
- Provide detailed reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets.
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Ability to travel frequently within assigned sales territory.
- Knowledge of the chocolate or confectionery market is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
