Roles and Responsibilities (R&Rs)
- To create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
- Regularly visits to dealers, maintaining good relations, negotiating and closing deals
- Co-Monitors with Marketing and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
- Co-conceptualize and implement sales promotion campaign for account together with the Product & Marketing Teams.
- Manage working schedule of Branch Coordinators and Industry analysis of each targeted zones
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the zonal sales programs.
- Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
- Maintains and expands customer base by counseling area/ territory sales executives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer/market opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
- Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
- Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
- Coordinate the team for Logistics support, demand Allotment requirement
- Payment collection, dues settlement & claim settlement submit the report to MIS.
- Monthly account reconciliation of each dealer in coordination with Finance & Accounts.
- Promotion activities: - Events/Mela/Service Camps/ Road Show
- Other responsibilities as added and guided by the management.
- Adherence to the company Policies & procedures.
