Roles and Responsibilities (R&Rs)

  1. To create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives.
  2. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them.
  3. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
  4. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition.
  5. Regularly visits to dealers, maintaining good relations, negotiating and closing deals
  6. Co-Monitors with Marketing and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
  7. Co-conceptualize and implement sales promotion campaign for account together with the Product & Marketing Teams.
  8. Manage working schedule of Branch Coordinators and Industry analysis of each targeted zones
  9. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the zonal sales programs.
  11. Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company.
  12. Maintains and expands customer base by counseling area/ territory sales executives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer/market opportunities.
  13. Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, tracking competitors.
  14. Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  15. Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  16. Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics.
  17. Coordinate the team for Logistics support, demand Allotment requirement
  18. Payment collection, dues settlement & claim settlement submit the report to MIS.
  19. Monthly account reconciliation of each dealer in coordination with Finance & Accounts.
  20. Promotion activities: - Events/Mela/Service Camps/ Road Show
  21. Other responsibilities as added and guided by the management.
  22. Adherence to the company Policies & procedures.
