- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives as needed.
- Complete necessary sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Meet or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Follow up with prospective customers, leads, and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities
- Stay updated on the latest automobile models, features, and market trends.
- Understand the competitive landscape and highlight the advantages of the company’s offerings.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve any issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Maintain records of sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
- Provide market feedback and sales reports to the Sales Manager to support decision-making.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the automobile industry.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of automotive features and specifications.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Customer-focused with the ability to build lasting relationships.
