  1. Supervise sales teams, ensuring target achievement in assigned territories.

  3. Enforce FIFO principles in distributor godowns, ensuring inventory freshness.
  4. Address claims and facilitate smooth transfers of non-moving stock.
  5. Track and analyze competitor strategies, providing actionable insights.
  6. Develop efficient route plans for subordinate teams and monitor their execution.
  7. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational guidelines.
  8. Communicate effectively with distributors, retailers, and team members.
  9. Identify sales growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
  10. Maintain accurate reports, aligning with organizational KPIs and objectives.
Job Specification
  1. Bachelor’s degree; FMCG industry experience in noodles sales preferred.
  2. Two years of relevant supervisory or sales experience.
  3. Proficiency in sales applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting.
  4. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  5. Must have a valid two-wheeler license and ability to travel frequently.
