Full Job Description
- Supervise sales teams, ensuring target achievement in assigned territories.
- Visit distributors and retailers to monitor stock levels and business operations.
- Enforce FIFO principles in distributor godowns, ensuring inventory freshness.
- Address claims and facilitate smooth transfers of non-moving stock.
- Track and analyze competitor strategies, providing actionable insights.
- Develop efficient route plans for subordinate teams and monitor their execution.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with distributors, retailers, and team members.
- Identify sales growth opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
- Maintain accurate reports, aligning with organizational KPIs and objectives.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree; FMCG industry experience in noodles sales preferred.
- Two years of relevant supervisory or sales experience.
- Proficiency in sales applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler license and ability to travel frequently.
