- Achieve assigned sales targets, focusing on brand growth and presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor FIFO compliance in distributor godowns to ensure product freshness.
- Address distributor claims and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Conduct market visits to strengthen customer relationships and assess performance.
- Identify and rectify bottlenecks in the sales and distribution processes.
- Track sales trends and report insights for business improvement.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient market coverage and operations.
- Evaluate competitor activities and recommend suitable strategies.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports to support business decisions.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field required.
- Minimum two years’ FMCG experience, especially in noodles sales.
- Knowledge of sales tools, Microsoft Office, and report preparation.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and work independently.
