  1. Achieve assigned sales targets, focusing on brand growth and presence.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
  3. Monitor FIFO compliance in distributor godowns to ensure product freshness.
  4. Address distributor claims and resolve operational issues effectively.
  5. Conduct market visits to strengthen customer relationships and assess performance.
  6. Identify and rectify bottlenecks in the sales and distribution processes.
  7. Track sales trends and report insights for business improvement.
  8. Collaborate with teams to ensure efficient market coverage and operations.
  9. Evaluate competitor activities and recommend suitable strategies.
  10. Maintain detailed documentation and reports to support business decisions.
Job Specification
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant field required.
  2. Minimum two years’ FMCG experience, especially in noodles sales.
  3. Knowledge of sales tools, Microsoft Office, and report preparation.
  4. Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  5. Must possess a valid two-wheeler license and work independently.
