- Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and institutions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Organize and conduct educational presentations for healthcare professionals about product benefits.
- Supply accurate information on product uses, side effects, and benefits to clients.
- Keep track of competitors' products and activities in the market.
- Plan and manage sales activities within assigned geographic territories.
- Gather and report feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
- Provide regular sales and activity reports to management, including feedback from clients.
Job Specification
- Previous experience as a medical representative or similar role is required.
- Familiarity with medical terms, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to negotiate and influence healthcare providers to achieve sales goals.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical products being promoted, including indications and side effects.
- Ability to manage time effectively, visit clients, and organize daily schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
- Ability to resolve client concerns and answer questions about products.
- A valid driving license to travel within assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative in the field.
