Full Job Description
  • Present and promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and institutions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Organize and conduct educational presentations for healthcare professionals about product benefits.
  • Supply accurate information on product uses, side effects, and benefits to clients.
  • Keep track of competitors' products and activities in the market.
  • Plan and manage sales activities within assigned geographic territories.
  • Gather and report feedback from healthcare professionals regarding product performance.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions.
  • Provide regular sales and activity reports to management, including feedback from clients.
Job Specification
  •  Previous experience as a medical representative or similar role is required.
  • Familiarity with medical terms, pharmaceutical products, and healthcare practices.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence healthcare providers to achieve sales goals.
  •  Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical products being promoted, including indications and side effects.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, visit clients, and organize daily schedules.
  •  Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
  • Ability to resolve client concerns and answer questions about products.
  • A valid driving license to travel within assigned territories.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative in the field.
