Job Specification
- 10 years of experience in sales of FMCG in GT.
- Knowledge of GT strategy & market architecture.
- Knowledge of distributor management & expansion. Knowledge of sales planning, targeting & forecasting.
- Must have execution excellence & discipline. Knowledge of trade marketing & scheme effectiveness.
- Ownership mindset. Strong field orientation and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Ability to inspire, coach and challenge simultaneously.
- High Integrity and governance. Proficient in MS Office and sales-related tools/software. Must have two-wheeler and driving license.
