- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and retailers.

- Provide technical support and product information to clients.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery.
- Implement sales strategies to expand market share.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on progress.
- Conduct promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Train and support dealers and sales partners on product knowledge.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to streamline delivery operations.
Job Specification
- Proven experience in lubricant sales or related field (minimum 3 years).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of lubricant products and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler license; owning a personal two-wheeler is preferred.
