Job Purpose:
- An HR Executive should perform the basic functions of the HR department, handling areas such as Recruitment, onboarding, Personal file Management, Time Office, PMS, Exit Process, Corporate Communication, Statutory Compliance and L&D.

- PIS / Induction / Joining / Orientation / Personal File Management
- Correspondence and Communication
- Probation & Confirmation Review / Exit Process
- Compensation & Benefits
- Learning and Development
- Statutory Compliance
- Employee Engagement Programs
- Others HR operations
Report: Preparing Daily, Weekly & Monthly HR MIS report.
Qualification: BBA/MBA - Graduate in management stream specialized in HR.
Experience: 5-7 Years of Experience & knowledge about the Labor Act / SSF Act of Nepal.
