Full Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Coordinate vehicle display, promotions, and customer events to drive sales.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective assistance throughout the purchase process.
- Gather customer feedback and collaborate with teams to continuously improve the buying experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned vehicles and services.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and track performance against targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including business-to-business sales.
- Oversee lead generation activities such as test drives, showroom visits, and events.
- Follow up on sales leads and work to convert them into successful transactions.
- Maintain and update the customer database using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
- Support, train, and guide the sales team to ensure they meet individual and collective sales goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns for vehicles.
- Ensure all team members are well-versed in product knowledge, new launches, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and provide actionable insights.
- Report findings to the Sales Manager and suggest improvements for better sales results.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales within the automobile industry or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive products, features, and industry trends.
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and work with CRM software.
- Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
