Job Description
Responsibilities:
Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records. Answering and directing phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel. Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and employees. Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for office staff. Ordering and maintaining office supplies and inventory. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Data entry and record-keeping tasks. Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence. Coordinating and scheduling meetings and conferences. Providing administrative support to various departments as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
