Position: Zonal Sales Head
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Sanitaryware/Hardware/Building Material
Salary: Negotiable/No bar for diserving Candidate
Location: Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
- Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery.
- Monitor industry changes and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness.
- Analyze sales and business performance, providing regular reports and insights.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in the tile or construction industry.
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and opportunities.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours based on business needs.
