Requirements:

• Analyzing and improving CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management.
• Gathering and documenting requirements for CRM enhancements and customizations.
• Collaborating with sales teams to optimize sales processes and strategies.
• Developing and managing MIS (Management Information Systems) for sales data analysis.
• Providing insights and analysis to streamline sales operations effectively.
• Overseeing administrative tasks related to CRM systems and sales operations.
• Ensuring data accuracy and consistency within CRM, MIS, and other systems.
• Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Performing market analysis to understand industry trends and customer behavior.
• Creating strategies for business growth and development based on market insights.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to align growth strategies with business goals.
• Developing and maintaining reports using data analysis tools and techniques.
• Providing expertise in data analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Offering guidance and recommendations for leveraging data to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in related MIS+Business development+ CRM+Data Analyst
• Bachelor/Masters Degree in management.
