Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
5 or more years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in High-rise Building construction or hospitality
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural analysis tools
Strong knowledge of building construction methods and materials with engineering principles, codes, and standards related to civil engineering
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and quality control measures
Leadership abilities to manage subcontractors and site teams
Understanding of relevant building regulations and safety standards
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Conduct site Supervision and Controls to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Review and approve construction materials and methods to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project standards
Manage project budget and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget
Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
Mentor and train junior engineers and construction staff
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency on site
