- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of fiber technicians and engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
- Work closely with customer support teams to address and resolve customer complaints related to fiber connectivity.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective solutions to technical problems.
- Develop and implement customer education programs to enhance the user experience with fiber services.
- Monitor and maintain the operational functionality of the fiber network, ensuring high levels of uptime and minimal disruptions.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to avoid service outages and enhance network performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues in collaboration with the technical support team.
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of fiber optic installations across all service areas.
- Ensure all installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and third-party vendors involved in installation projects.
- Provide leadership and direction for the fiber optic network division, aligning departmental goals with overall company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies for the expansion and maintenance of the fiber network to support the company’s growth.

- Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in IT
- Minimum 3 years expereince in the field of ISP/NSP and Telecommunication
- Must have two wheeler with vilid liscence
- Must have knowledge related with Inventory and Team management
