Position: Zonal Sales Head
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Sanitaryware/Hardware/Building Material
Salary: Negotiable/No bar for diserving Candidate
Location: Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned zone.
2. Oversee and manage the sales team's performance and targets.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
5. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
6. Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance productivity.
7. Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional strategies.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
9. Drive revenue growth and expansion in the assigned zone.
10. Evaluate and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
11. Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within the allocated budget.
12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the tile or construction industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned zone and occasionally nationally for business needs.
