Position: Zonal Sales Head
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Sanitaryware/Hardware/Building Material
Salary: Negotiable/No bar for diserving Candidate
Location: Kathmandu
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the assigned zone.
- Oversee and manage the sales team's performance and targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Monitor sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Drive revenue growth and expansion in the assigned zone.
- Evaluate and optimize sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within the allocated budget.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the tile or construction industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned zone and occasionally nationally for business needs.
