Experience: 1-2 years in Hardware/sanitaryware

Responsibilities:

1. Execute sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
3. Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and customer needs.
4. Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, aiding in their decision-making process.
5. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing data to enhance sales strategies.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.
7. Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements with clients.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales approaches accordingly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware or sanitary ware industry.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
