Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs or concerns.
2. Consult with customers to determine required maintenance or repairs.
3. Explain service recommendations, costs, and timelines to customers.
4. Schedule service appointments and ensure timely completion of work.
5. Liaise between customers and the service department, providing updates.
6. Prepare estimates and invoices for services rendered.
7. Upsell additional services or maintenance as per manufacturer recommendations.
8. Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
9. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues effectively.
10. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in service delivery.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technology degree/certification is advantageous.
2. Prior experience in automotive service advising or customer-facing roles preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance, and repair processes.
5. Proficiency in using service management software and basic computer applications.
6. Customer service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
8. Detail-oriented approach for accurate documentation and service recommendations.
