Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying and prospecting potential customers.
2. Participate in sales training programs and workshops.
3. Learn product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
4. Shadow experienced sales representatives during client meetings.
5. Cold calling and reaching out to leads to schedule appointments.
6. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
9. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
10. Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies through feedback and coaching.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or in progress).
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Eagerness to learn and a passion for sales.
4. Goal-oriented with a desire to achieve sales targets.
5. Basic understanding of sales principles and processes is a plus.
