Responsibilities:

2. Conduct product demonstrations, test drives, and explain vehicle features and benefits.
3. Assist customers through the sales process, from inquiry to delivery.
4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
5. Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
7. Process sales orders, contracts, and arrange financing options for customers.
8. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
9. Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and prospects.
10. Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or relevant field is a plus.
2. Prior experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
5. Knowledge of 4-wheeler automobiles, their specifications, and features.
6. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales software.
8. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new models and industry trends.
