Duties of a Front Desk Officer:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and guests.
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls.

- Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Managing visitor sign-in and security procedures.
