Position Overview:
An experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind and great organizational skills. In this role, you will divide your time between our office, where you will be involved in designing and planning project details, and the construction site, where you will provide technical guidance to construction workers. To excel in this position, you must possess hands-on experience with various construction methods and materials, as well as advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong project management and analytical skills are also crucial for success.
As a structural engineer, you will play a key role in the entire construction process, from initial design to final implementation. Responsibilities
1.Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
2.Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
3.Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
4.Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
5.Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
6.Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies
7.Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
8.Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
9.Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
10.Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues
 

Requirements and skills
1.Previous experience as a Structural Engineer& Projest Manager or similar field (Minimum 5 Years Experience).
2.Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
3.Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
4.Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
5.Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
6.Attention to detail
7.Degree in Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus
8.Member of the Institute of Structural Engineering
