Position Overview:
As the Head of Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful planning, execution, and
completion of our projects. You will lead a team of dedicated project team and collaborate closely
with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery aligns with our company's strategic goals and client expectations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
1.Provide visionary leadership to the projects department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
3.Develop and execute project management strategies that optimize resource allocation, timelines and budgetary constraints.
5.Lead, mentor, and guide a team of project managers, providing coaching and professional development to ensure their success.
7.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
9.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
11.Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes, incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
13.Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
15.Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
2.A minimum of 15 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of
3.successfully leading and delivering projects on time and within budget.
4.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group of professionals.
6.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
7.Proficiency in project management tools and software.
8.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
