Job Description

Position: Zonal Sales Head
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Sanitaryware/Hardware/Building Material
Salary: Negotiable/No bar for diserving Candidate
Location: Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, architects, and contractors.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competition.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies.
  6. Prepare and present pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients.
  7. Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and delivery.
  9. Monitor industry changes and adapt strategies to ensure competitiveness.
  10. Analyze sales and business performance, providing regular reports and insights.
  11. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.
  12. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Proven track record in business development, preferably in the tile or construction industry.
  3. Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
  4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  5. Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze market trends and opportunities.
