Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Sanitaryware/Hardware/Building Material
Salary: 35-40k + TADA + Inc
Location: Biratnagar-3, Pokhara-3, Bhairahawa-3, Kathmandu-3
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate potential leads through market research and outreach.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present product offerings.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
- Collaborate with the business development team to execute sales strategies.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to facilitate sales conversions.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, and negotiation processes.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities for strategic insights.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Adhere to company policies and ethical standards in all dealings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in tiles or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to varying work schedules based on business demands.
