Position: Brand Manager
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Sanitary ware/Hardware/Building Material/FMCG
Salary: 100K 
Location: Kathmandu

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
2. Manage and oversee all aspects of brand marketing campaigns and activities.
3. Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
5. Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
6. Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
7. Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
8. Identify and leverage opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations.
9. Develop compelling messaging and content for various marketing channels.
10. Monitor and manage the brand's presence on social media platforms.
11. Work closely with product development to align offerings with brand identity.
12. Ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints and communication channels.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the tile or construction industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
4. Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
5. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
