Position: Brand Executives
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Sanitary ware/Hardware/Building Material/FMCG
Salary: 35-40K
Location: Kathmandu, Biratnagar, Narayanghat, Bhairahawa
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of brand marketing campaigns and activities.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer trends and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
- Analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Identify and leverage opportunities for brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Develop compelling messaging and content for various marketing channels.
- Monitor and manage the brand's presence on social media platforms.
- Work closely with product development to align offerings with brand identity.
- Ensure brand compliance across all touchpoints and communication channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, preferably within the tile or construction industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
