Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position or candidate profile with at least Regional Sales officer with Managerial abilities

Responsibilities

1. Overseeing daily operations of the branch.
2. Setting sales targets and ensuring their achievement.
3. Managing inventory and ensuring stock availability.
4. Implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.
5. Recruiting, training, and supervising branch staff.
6. Resolving customer complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
7. Monitoring financial performance and budget adherence.
8. Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
9. Collaborating with other departments for seamless operations.
10. Developing relationships with suppliers and vendors.
11. Analyzing market trends and adapting strategies accordingly.
12. Reporting branch performance to higher management.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
3. Strong leadership and managerial skills.
4. Excellent understanding of the automotive industry and market trends.
5. Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
